How much does home staging cost?

Our standard staging package starts at $2,500 and covers the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and primary bathroom. Larger homes and additional rooms are quoted individually so the package fits the listing and the budget.

Where does Sage & Pine stage homes?

In Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Tumalo, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville and Powell Butte, and in the Greater Seattle area, including North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Bothell, Mercer Island, Renton and Seattle.

Do you stage occupied homes?

Yes. We stage both vacant and occupied homes. For occupied homes, we work with your existing furniture and decor where it makes sense and bring in pieces to fill the gaps.

Do you offer interior design too?

Yes. We design everything from a single-room refresh to a full redesign, for primary homes, furnished rentals, Airbnbs and offices.

Who will I work with?

Kelsey leads our projects in Bend and Central Oregon (541-554-9894). Olivia leads our projects in the Greater Seattle area and on the Eastside (206-434-5595).
